Personal data protection code

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Art. 13 of Decreto Legislativo 30 giugno 2003, n. 196 – Privacy Code, relating to the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of Personal Data, the processing of information concerning you, will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting your privacy and your rights.
Processing” of Personal Data means any operation, or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of electronic or otherwise authorized means, concerning the collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure and destruction of data referring to public or private entities.
PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing to which your data will be subjected has the purpose of providing for the correct fulfilment of contractual conditions and the consequent fulfilment of civil and fiscal obligations, the updating of customer and supplier data, for internal statistical analysis, for commercial information and the promotion of our activity.
METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING
The data will be processed mainly by electronic and computerised means, and stored both on computerised media and on any other type of suitable support, in compliance with the Minimum Security Measures pursuant to the Technical Regulations Annex “B” to Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003.
NATURE OF DATA CONFERMENT
The provision of data is compulsory in relation to the purposes relating to the fulfilment of contractual obligations and therefore for the performance of all activities necessary and functional to the execution of contractual obligations. Any total or partial refusal to provide the data may result in the non-execution or partial execution of the contract, or the impossibility of continuing the relationship, through no fault of our own,
with all consequent effects.
COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA
The data may be communicated
to our employees, collaborators, consultants and appointees;
to subjects who will have to be involved for the fulfilment of contractual obligations;
to staff of external companies assigned to the management and maintenance of computer systems;
to credit institutions for financial transactions relating to our business relations.
In no case will they be disseminated.

RIGHTS OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER RIGHTS

You may exercise your rights at any time in relation to the Data Controller pursuant to Art. 7, which we reproduce in full for your convenience:
You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form;
The interested party has the right to obtain indication of:
the origin of the personal data
the purposes and methods of processing
the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
the identity of the data controller, data processors and the representative designated under Article 5(2)
of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
The interested party has the right to obtain
the updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of data;
the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part
on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
